Prepar frecvent aceste briose cu ciocolata pentru ca sunt delicioase, se fac extrem de simplu, au o aroma intensa de ciocolata si o consistenta de brownie. Nu mai zic de combinatia de ciocolata neagra si coaja de portocala care este ceva divin. Sunt un mare „best-seller” daca pot spune asta, incercati-le, veti avea mare succes cu ele ;)

Ingrediente (12 buc):

Pentru glazura:

Topim untul, ciocolata (folosesc din aceasta fara zahar) si zaharul cu 100ml apa fierbinte, lasam putin la racit. In acest amestec adaugam ouale batute si vanilia, apoi faina, coaja de portocala si praful de copt.

Turnam compozitia in 12 forme pentru briose tapetate cu hartiute speciale si le introducem la cuptor la 170C cam 25-30 de min, pana trec testul scobitorii.

Glazura se prepara simplu: topim ciocolata si zaharul/indulcitorul la bain-marie, adaugam smantana si amestecam pana se omogenizeaza bine. DACA se branzeste cumva, adaugam cateva linguri de smantana lichida si amestecam energic cu telul.

Intindem glazura pe briose si decoram cu ce doreste sufletelul nostru :) Nuca de cocos, coaja de portocala etc. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

I often make these cupcakes because they are delicious, easy to make, have an intense chocolate flavor and a very pleasant consistency. Not to mention the killer combination of dark chocolate and orange that is simply divine. They are a „best-seller” if I may say so, do try them! :)

Ingredients (12 pcs):

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g brown unrefined sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g all purpose flour
  • zest of one small orange
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Frosting:

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 70g brown sugar/sweetener

Melt the butter, chocolate (I use sugar free dark chocolate) and brown sugar with 100 ml of hot water, stir well then let it cool a little. Add the lightly beaten eggs and vanilla, then flour, baking powder and orange zest.

Divide the batter into 12 muffin molds lined with special papers and bake them for about 25-30 min at 170C, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

The frosting is very easy to make: melt the chocolate and sugar/sweetener over a Bain-Marie, add the cream and mix well until smooth. Spread the frosting over the cupcakes and decorate them with whatever your heart desires :) coconut flakes, orange zest etc. Enjoy!
