Aceste briose cu faina de migdale sunt foarte aromate si consistente, dar si PUFOASE (se vede clar in poza :), ideale pentru o gustare sanatoasa si energizanta :) O ceasca de ceai de musetel si vanilie alaturi si nu-mi mai trebuie nimic :)
Ingrediente (8 briose):
- 150g faina de migdale
- 3 oua
- 60ml ulei (de masline)
- 2 lg miere*
- 1/2 lgt extract de vanilie
- 1/2 lgt scortisoara
- 1/2 lgt praf de copt
- 1 praf de sare
Batem albusurile spuma, adaugam apoi treptat uleiul, galbenusurile, vanilia si mierea. Separat amestecam ingredientele uscate: faina de migdale, praful de copt si scortisoara. Si un praf de sare :)
Combinam usor cele 2 amestecuri si punem compozitia cu o lingura in 8 forme pentru briose tapetate cu hartiute speciale. Le coacem cam 20-25 min, pana trec testul scobitorii :) Pofta mare!
*Keto/Low-carb: folositi un indulcitor adecvat: eritritol, tagatoza, Green Sugar, xylitol. Reteta inspirata de aici
ENGLISH VERSION
These very flavored and filling almond flour muffins are just perfect for a healthy and energizing snack :) A cup of chamomile vanilla tea and that’s all I need :)
Ingredients (8 muffins):
- 150g almond flour
- 3 eggs
- 60ml (olive) oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks, then gradually add the oil, egg folks, vanilla and honey. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking powder and cinnamon. And a pinch of salt :)
Combine the 2 mixtures, wet and dry and spoon into 8 muffin cases. Bake them for about 20-25 min, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
