Mini prajiturele picante cu aroma de turta dulce, glazurate cu miere si ghimbir confiat, me haz it :D Un desert tare aromat de sarbatori, perfect pentru cei ce nu se aventureaza la cozonaci: briose cu ghimbir si cidru de mere :)
Ingrediente (18 buc):
- 300g faina
- 150g zahar brun melasa
- 2 lgt scortisoara
- 1 lgt praf de copt
- 1 lg ghimbir proaspar ras
- 2 oua
- 3 lg sirop de curmale (sau melasa)
- 2 lg miere
- 100ml ulei vegetal
- 150ml cidru de mere
- topping: 3 lg miere, 50g ghimbir confiat
Amestecam intr-un bol ingredientele uscate: faina, zaharul brun, scortisoara, praful de copt si un praf de sare. In alt bol batem bine ouale, uleiul, cidrul de mere (agitat cat sa isi piarda din acid), siropul de curmale, mierea si ghimbirul ras fin. Combinam cele 2 amestecuri, omogenizam bine si turnam compozitia in forme de silicon pentru briose.
Le coacem aprox 20-25 de min in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C, in functie de marimea formelor, pana trec testul scobitorii. Le servim calde, stropite cu miere si ghimbir confiat tocat :) Enjoy!

Cute tiny spicy cakes with gingerbread flavor, drizzled with honey and candied ginger, me haz it :D A perfect full of flavor dessert for the Christmas, especially if you aren’t into baking the traditional sweet bread :) Ginger apple cider muffins :)
Ingredients (18 pcs):
- 300 g whole purpose flour
- 150 g dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp date syrup (or molasses)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 150 ml apple cider
- topping: 3 tbsp honey, 50 g candied ginger
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and a pinch of salt. In another bowl whisk the eggs, oil, apple cider (shaken a little to loose the bubbles), date syrup, honey and finely grated ginger. Combine the 2 mixtures and spoon the dough into silicone muffin cases.
Bake the muffins for about 20-25 min in the preheated oven at 170 C, depending on the size of the molds, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm, drizzled with honey and chopped candied ginger :) Enjoy!
