Din noua gama de retete baby friendly la multicookerul CrockPot Express avem azi o minunatie de gustare! Briose cu malai la multicooker, sunt super delicioase, perfecte cu smantana si fructe proaspete sau gem fara zahar, gen magiun si ce le mai faceti voi bun piticilor :) Doamne, sunt dementiale, abia astept sa i le fac lui Bebe 2 :)

Ingrediente (14 buc):

  • 2 oua
  • 250ml kefir
  • 60ml ulei de masline (4 lg)
  • 60ml miere* (sirop de artar, 4 lg)
  • 150g faina
  • 150g malai
  • 1 lg amidon
  • 1 lgt praf de copt
  • 1/2 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu

Aveti o extra reducere de 10% cu codul Madeline10 pentru multicookerul , cat si pentru restul gamei, pe siteul CrockPot Romania, valabil pana la 31 martie 2021! :) Nu uitati si de special dedicata acestui multicooker, o gasiti .

Mod de preparare

Punem intr-un bol ouale, kefirul, uleiul de masline, mierea (*e interzisa sub varsta de 1 an si ideal e sa nu indulciti cu nimic pana atunci, insa daca doriti neaparat puteti folosi putin sirop de artar). Omogenizam bine cu un tel.

Adaugam ingredientele uscate: faina, malaiul, amidonul, praful de copt si bicarbonatul. Ungem cu ulei forma de silicon speciala pentru CrockPotExpress si punem cate o lingura de inghetata in fiecare cavitate.

Infasuram forma in folie de aluminiu, punem gratarul in vasul multicookerului, adaugam 250ml de apa si punem forma de silicon pe gratar.

Punem capacul, il rotim spre pozitia Inchis, la fel facem si cu valva de presiune si setam aparatul pe Manual, High Pressure, 10 minute. Dupa expirarea timpului punem un prosopel pe capac si rotim cu o spatula valva de presiune.

Desfacem capacul si scoatem cu 2 spatule forma de silicon fierbinte, o lasam putin la racit apoi o rasturnam si admiram dragalasele briose cu malai la multicooker :)

Noi le-am servit cu smantana grasa si dulceata de afine fara zahar, pentru pitici merg bine cu smantana si fructe proaspete sau magiun. Recomand sa faceti jumatate de cantitate, sunt mai bune proaspete :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

From the new CrockPot Express baby friendly recipe series today we have a wonderful snack! Pressure cooker cornmeal muffins, so tasty with sour cream, fresh fruit or sugar free jam :) OMG, they are so good, I cannot wait to make them for Baby nr. 2 :)

Ingredients (14 pcs):

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml kefir
  • 60 ml olive oil (4 tbsp)
  • 60 ml honey* (or maple syrup, 4 tbsp)
  • 150 g flour
  • 150 g cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Put in a bowl the eggs, olive oil, honey (it’s forbidden under age 1, and it’s best you don’t sweeten with anything until then, but if you really want, you can use a little maple syrup). Mix well with a whisk.

Add the dry ingredients: flour, cornmeal, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda. Grease the special multicooker mold with oil and place 1 ice cream scoop of the dough in each cavity.

Wrap in aluminum foil, put the rack inside the multicooker, add 250ml water and place the mold on the rack.

Put the lid on, rotate to closed position, rotate the pressure valve to closed, too and set on Manual, High Pressure, 10 minute. When the time’s up, put a kitchen cloth on the lid and carefully rotate the pressure valve to Open, with a spatula.

Open the lid and take the mold out with 2 spatulas, let it cool a little, then pop out the muffins :) We served them with sour cream and sugar free preserve, for babies they are perfect with fruit and sour cream. I recommend you make half the quantities, they are better warm and fresh :) Enjoy!
