Astazi avem niste briose sarate cu somon cu care merg la sigur de fiecare data :)
Sunt absolut delicioase, bune pentru un mic-dejun sanatos sau o gustare rapida la birou. Serviti cu legume proaspete alaturi. Briose cu somon afumat si marar.
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 100g somon afumat
- 3 oua
- 100ml smantana
- 2 lgt marar tocat
- piper
- smantana, fire de marar pentru decor
- mix de salata, felii de lamaie pentru servit
Taiem cubulete somonul si il punem in 6 forme pentru briose din silicon. Batem ouale bine, amestecandu-se apoi cu mararul tocat, smantana, putin piper si le turnam peste somonul din forme.
Coacem briosele la cuptor pentru aprox 20-25 de minute, apoi le lasam sa se raceasca putin si le decoram cu smantana, cateva fire de marar si o feliuta de lamaie. Servim cu salata si felii de lamaie. Sa avem pofta!

Today we have some salmon muffins that are just a great hit every single time :) They’re absolutely delicious, great for breakfast or for a quick healthy snack at the office. Serve with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml sour cream
- 2 tsp chopped dill
- pepper
- sour cream, dill for decorating
- fresh salad, tomatoes, lemon for serving
Chop the salmon and place it into 6 silicone muffin cases. Whisk the eggs, mix them with the chopped dill, a little pepper and pour over the salmon. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 20-25 min, then let them cool a little and decorate with sour cream and dill. Serve with fresh salad and lemon slices. Enjoy!
