Am pregatit pentru voi astazi cele mai sanatoase briose ever! :)) Reteta este o adaptare dupa cea a Mirandei Kerr si m-a dat pe spate. Briose dietetice cu mere, banane si ovaz, nemaipomenite si sanatoase domne’, nu tu faina, nu tu zahar, nu tu unt :))) O gustare dulce delicioasa si extrem de hranitoare. Nu doar pentru fotomodele :)

Ingrediente (18 briose):

  • 2 cani fulgi de ovaz (200g)
  • 1/2 cana nuci (50g)
  • 2 lg seminte de chia
  • 2 lgt praf de copt
  • 1 lgt scortisoara
  • 2 oua
  • 80g iaurt
  • 1/2 cana suc natural de mere (125ml)
  • 4 lg sirop de agave (50g)
  • 4 lg ulei de cocos (60g)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 mere rase

Rasnim fin fulgii de ovaz si nucile in blender, apoi amestecam faina obtinuta cu semintele de chia, praful de copt si scortisoara.

Separat batem ouale, adaugam iaurtul, sucul de mere, uleiul de cocos si siropul de agave. Combinam usor amestecul uscat cu cel umed si incorporam bananele pasate si merele rase.

Turnam compozitia in forme pentru briose tapetate cu hartii colorate (umplute maxim 3/4). Le coacem cam 40 de min la 180C, pana o scobitoare infipta in mijloc iese curata. Le scoatem pe un gratar sa se raceasca. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Today I prepared for you the most diet muffins ever!! :)) The recipe is inspired by Miranda Kerr and it knocked off my feet. These diet apple, banana and oat muffins are terrific and healthy, without any flour, sugar or butter added :)  A delicious, healthy sweet snack. Not just for top models :)

Ingredients (18 muffins):

  • 2 cups oatmeal (200g)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (50g)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural apple juice (125ml)
  • 4 tbsp agave syrup (50g)
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil (60g)
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 grated apples

Finely grind the oatmeal and walnuts in the blender, then combine the obtained flour with the chia seeds, baking powder and cinnamon. Separately beat the eggs, add the yogurt, apple juice, coconut oil and agave syrup. Gently combine the wet mixture with he dry one and fold in the mashed banana and grated apples.

Pour the mixture into a muffin tray lined with baking papers (maxim 3/.4) and bake for about 40 min at 180C, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the muffins cool on a rack. Enjoy!

  1. Deja e printre preferate. Eu am pus toata compozitia intr-un vas yena, tapetat cu hartie de copt. A iesit ceva senzational :) ca de altfel toate retetele tale :)

    • Draga Mihaela, iti multumesc mult pentru feed-back si ma bucur ca ti-a placut reteta! E o idee grozava sa coci compozitia intr-o tava de yenna, o sa incerc si eu! :) O zi frumoasa!
