Briose keto cu dovleac. Adica briose pufoase cu aroma de toamna, dovleac dulce copt, scortisoara, o usoara aroma de cocos… Fara zahar, keto, low carb, fara gluten si fara lactate (daca nu luati in calcul toppingul sau folositi frisca de cocos :) Si pentru ca de cateva zile coc dovleac intruna :))) Ador parfumul de dovleac copt toamna, in bucataria incalzita de la cuptor :) (12 buc a cate 4g net carbs si 150 cal)
Ingrediente (12 buc):
- 6 oua
- 4 lg Green Sugar pudra
- 1 lg ulei de cocos
- 180g dovleac copt
- 3 lg faina de cocos
- 1 lg faina Szafi (optional)
- 1 lgt praf de copt
- 1/2 lgt scortisoara
- 300g crema de branza
- 2 lg Green Sugar pudra
Separam ouale, batem albusurile spuma cu un praf de sare pana devin spumoase, adaugam apoi indulcitorul si le batem pana obtinem o bezea ferma.
Separat mixam cu blenderul vertical galbenusurile, dovleacul copt, uleiul de cocos si scortisoara. Micsoram viteza mixerului si adaugam amestecul portocaliu peste albusuri :)
Incorporam faina de cocos (daca adaugati si faina Szafi, textura va fi mai putin umeda) si praful de copt, usor, cu miscari circulare, pastrand compozitia aerata. Coacem briosele cam 20-25 de min la 180C, pana trec testul scobitorii. Le decoram cu crema de branza batuta cu putin indulcitor Green Sugar. Pofta mare!

Keto pumpkin muffins. Fluffy muffins filled with autumn flavor, roasted pumpkin, cinnamon, a hint of coconut flour… And sugar free, keto, low carb, gluten and dairy free (If you use coconut whipped cream for the topping) And because I am baking pumpkin like crazy lately, I just love them smells and the warm kitchen :)
Ingredients (12 pcs):
- 6 eggs
- 4 tbsp powdered Green Sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 180g roasted pumpkin
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp Szafi (flour mix optional)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 300g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp powdered Green Sugar
Separate egss,beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy, then add the powdered sweetener and beat them until they form stiff peaks.
Separately blend the egg yolks, roasted pumpkin, coconut oil, cinnamon. Lower the mixer speed and add the orange mix into the egg whites :)
Gently fold in the coconut flour and baking powder (and Szafi flour mix if you want a less moist muffin, but they are good anyway), using circular movements, to keep the mixture fluffy. Bake the muffins for about 20-25 min at 180 C, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Decorate them with cream cheese beaten with sweetener. Enjoy! !
