Dragii mei, am descoperit cel mai genial mix pentru briose, super dietetic, low carb si fara gluten! Eram extrem de sceptica legat de premixuri, dar acesta merita 100%, trust me :D Il gasiti in 2 variante, cu vanilie sau ciocolata, eu azi am facut briose cu ciocolata. Mixul are o reteta pe punguta, insa eu am facut varianta mea :) Ge-ni-a-le!!! Pufoase, aromate si cu atat de putine calorii :)

Ingrediente (12 buc):

  • 150g mix pentru briose NoCarb (gasiti aici)
  • 2 oua
  • 2 lg ulei de cocos
  • 125g indulcitor Green Sugar (natural, 0 calorii)
  • 1 praf de sare
  • 1 lgt extract de vanilie
  • 1 lgt extract de portocale (optional)
  • 300ml lapte de migdale

Batem bine ouale cu uleul de cocos, laptele, esentele si pudra de Green Sugar. Adaugam mixul pentru briose, un praf de sare si omogenizam bine compozitia cu un tel. Arata delicios, ca o sarlota :)

Folosind o lingura pentru inghetata, impartim compozitia in 12 forme de silicon pentru briose. Coacem briosele in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C timp de aprox 25 de min sau pana trec testul scobitorii. Super pufoase si dietetice! Pofta mare! :)

ENGLISH VERSION 

I just discovered the most amazing low carb, gluten free muffin mix! I was quite skeptical when it came to pre-made cake mixes, but this one is truly amazing, trust me! :D You find it in 2 versions, chocolate or vanilla, I made chocolate muffins today. The bags has its own recipe, but I tried my own different version, of course :) Super fluffy and so light in calories and carbs!

Ingredients (12 pcs):

  • 150 g NoCarb chocolate muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 125 g stevia erythritol
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp orange extract (optional)
  • 300 ml almond milk

Whisk the eggs, coconut oil, milk, extracts and erythritol. Add the muffin mix and a pinch of salt and mix everything well until you get a chocolate custard-like dough.

Using an ice cream scoop divide the mixture into 12 silicone muffin cases and bake in the preheated oven for 25 min at 170 C, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
