Bruschetele sunt excelente la micul dejun, ca gustare satioasa sau pur si simplu cand ne e pofta de ceva bun si sanatos de rontait la film. Azi am descoperit intamplator o combinatie tare savuroasa :) Bruschete cu avocado si ardei copti.

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 4 felii de paine integrala
  • 2 avocado
  • 2 ardei copti
  • 1 ceapa verde
  • cateva fire de patrunjel
  • zeama de la 1/2 lamaie
  • sare si piper dupa gust

Mai intai punem painea la prajit, fie in toaster, fie in cuptorul bine incins. Scoatem pulpa fructelor de avocado, o punem intr-un castronas, adaugam zeama de lamaie si pasam bine totul cu furculita.

Intindem pasta de avocado pe paine prajita, adaugam fasiute de ardei copti, ceapa verde si patrunjel tocate marunt. Asezonam cu sare si piper dupa gust si savuram imediat. Pofta mare!

*Baby-friendly: folositi foarte putina sare doar dupa varsta de 1 an, iar piper cu masura, fiind un condiment puternic si iritant gastric.

Bruschetta is excellent for breakfast, as a nutritious snack or simply when you want something good to nibble on at a movie. Today I discovered a delicious combination: Avocado & roasted red pepper bruschetta

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 4 slice wholewheat bread
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 1 spring onion
  • a few threads of parsley
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste

First toast the bread, either in the toaster or in the preheated oven. Take out the pulp from the avocados, put it in a bowl, add the lemon juice and puree everything with a fork.

Spread the avocado paste on the toast, add slices of roasted red pepper, chopped spring onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste and dig in right away! :)
