Avocado este un fruct nu doar extrem de sanatos, ci si foarte versatil: se poate folosi atat la preparate sarate, cum ar fi Guacamole, cat si dulci, ca aceasta budinca de avocado si ciocolata. Este atat de fina si de cremoasa ca va veti indragosti pe loc de ea :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 2 avocado coapte
  • 3 lg cacao
  • 1 lg seminte de chia
  • 2-3 lg sirop de agave (sau indulcitorul natural preferat, dupa gust)
  • 2 lg ulei de cocos
  • 3 lg lapte de migdale
  • 1 praf de sare

SImplu ca buna ziua: introducem toate ingredientele in blender si mixam bine, turnam crema in 2 cupe si la frigider cu ele! :) Acolo mousse-ul se va intari datorita semintelor de chia si uleiului de cocos si va avea o consistenta superba. Pentru un decor frumos am folosit fistic crud :) Enjoy!

Avocado is not only an extremely healthy fruit, but also very versatile one: it can be used in savory recipes, like guacamole, and sweet treats, like this wonderful chocolate avocado pudding. It’s so smooth and silky that you’ll fall in love with it :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp agave syrup (or favorite natural sweetener, to taste)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 pinch of salt

Super simple: simply process all the ingredients in the food processor or blender, pour the cream in 2 cups and put them in the fridge. The pudding will harden a little thanks tot he chia seeds and coconut oil and it will have a wonderful consistency. I decorate the puddings with raw pistachio, don’t they look nice? :)
