O budinca delicioasa low carb/keto, super usor de facut, foarte gustoasa si consistenta: budinca de broccoli si branza. E bine sa o lasati sa se raceasca de tot inainte de feliere, pentru a avea felii frumoase, eu stau prost cu rabdarea… :))

Ingrediente (4 portii):

  • 450g broccoli
  • 4 oua
  • 400g smantana
  • 150g telemea
  • 100g cascaval (cheddar, cas afumat etc)
  • cateva fire de marar (optional)
  • sare, piper*

Fierbem broccoli cam 5 min (in apa sau la aburi), pana intra usor furculita in el. Batem biiine ouale, adaugam apoi smantana, mararul tocat marunt, sare si piper. Ungem cu unt o tava dreptunghiulara micuta termorezistenta (aprox 20*30 cm),.

Asezam in tava buchetelele de broccoli (le puteti marunti grosier), branza faramitata, apoi turnam amestecul lichid si presaram cascavalul taiat cubulete. Coacem totul cam 35-40 de min la 180C, pana budinca se rumeneste frumos si e ferma la atingere. Se feliaza rece. Pofta mare!

*Baby-friendly: omiteti sarea si folositi piper cu masura, fiind un condiment iritant gastric. Folositi branzeturi neafumate.

ENGLISH VERSION

A super delicious low carb/keto casserole that’s easy to make, rich and nutritious: broccoli cheese casserole. It’s best to slice when cod, I couldn’t wait, as usual… :))

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 450 g broccoli
  • 4 eggs
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 150 g white fresh cheese
  • 100 g cheddar or smoked cheese
  • a couple of dill threads (optional)
  • salt, pepper

Boil or steam the broccoli about 5 min, until tender. Whisk the eggs, add the sour cream, chopped dill, salt and pepper. Grease a small rectangular pan (approx 20*30 cm) with butter.

Place the broccoli florets in the pan, crumbled cheese, then pour the liquid mixture and cheddar cut into cubes. Bake about 35-40 min at 180 C, until firm to the touch and golden brown. Slice cold. Enjoy!
