Un desert delicios dens si lipicios, cu consistenta divina de negresa: budinca de cartof dulce si ciocolata. Desi pare decadenta, pliiina de ciocolata si zahar, de fapt este o varianta sanatoasa, cu multi nutrienti, asa ca trebuie neaparat sa o incercati, e geniala! :)

Ingrediente (4 portii):

Taiem fructul de avocado pe jumatate, aruncam samburele si scoatem pulpa cu o lingura. Mixam in robotul de bucatarie toate ingredientele (mai putin ciocolata) pana obtinem o crema fina, satinata, apoi incorporam ciocolata tocata grosier.

Impartim compozitia in 4 forme termorezistente (cu diametru de 13 cm) unse cu ulei de cocos/unt si coacem totul aprox 40 de min in cuptorul preincalzit la 180C. Dupa ce s-au racit putin, turnam putin sirop de artar deasupra si fulgi de cocos, arata foarte dragut :) Pofta mare!

*Reteta inspirata de aici. Low-carb: folositi un indulcitor adecvat: eritritol, tagatozaGreen Sugar, xylitol. Si omiteti siroul de artar de la topping :) Dairy-free: folositi ulei de cocos in loc de unt.

ENGLISH VERSION 

A delicious gooey, sticky dessert with a moist brownie texture: sweet potato chocolate soufflé. Even though it may seem seem so decadent and full of chocolate and sugar, this is a super nutritious version of chocolate soufflé :) You’ve got to try the recipe, it’s amazing! :)

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 300 g boiled sweet potato (1 medium piece)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 30 g low fat cocoa
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour (40 g)
  • 70 g honey*
  • 50 g coconut oil/butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g sugar-free chocolate chips

Cut the avocado in half, discard the pit and spoon out the pulp. Process all the ingredients (except the chocolate) until you get a smooth, satin texture, then fold in the chocolate chips.

Spoon the mixture in 4 heat proof dishes (13 cm diameter) that have been greased whit a little coconut oil/butter and bake them for about 40 min at 180 C. After cooling a little drizzle some maple syrup on top and sprinkle coconut flakes, they look so pretty like this :) Enjoy!

*Low-carb: use an adequate sweetener instead of honey: stevia, tagatose etc
