Azi avem ceva bun de tot, fara zahar si perfect pentru copii: budinca de cuscus cu afine. Cremoasa, aromata, iar mie mi se pare ca, facuta in forme individuale de mini tarte, arata suuuper dragut :) Poate fi servit celor mici la mic dejun, desert sau ca gustare, si puteti folosi si alte fructe.
Ingrediente (4 portii):
- 80g cuscus
- 300ml lapte
- 2 oua
- 1/2 banana coapta
- 1/2 lgt scortisoara
- 1/4 lgt pudra de vanilie
- 100g afine
Punem laptele la fiert, cand a atins punctul de fierbere il turnam peste cuscus si il lasam 5 min sa se umfle. Separat batem ouale, adaugam apoi banana pasata, scortisoara si vanilia.
Combinam cele 2 amestecuri usor, vom obtine o compozitie mai lichida, insa nu va temeti, se va inchega frumos prin coacere.
Repartizam compozitia in 4 forme rotunde de silicon (diametru 12cm) si presatam afinele deasupra. Coacem budincile aprox 30 de min in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C, pana se rumenesc frumos si sunt putin ferme la atingere. Pofta mare!

Today we have a perfect sugar free treat for kids: blueberry couscous bake. Creamy, tasty and I think it looks adorable in these individual mini tart molds :) You can serve these for breakfast, snack or dessert and you can use any fruit you like.
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 80 g couscous
- 300 ml milk
- 2 egg
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- 100 g blueberries
Heat the milk in a saucepan and when it starts to boil, pour it over the couscous and let it puff up for 5 min. Separately whisk the eggs and mix them with the mashed banana, vanilla and cinnamon. Combine the 2 mixtures, you’ll get a fluid mixture, but don’t worry, it will firm up during baking.
Divide the mixture in 4 silicone tart molds (12 cm diameter), place the blueberries on top and bake for 30 min in the preheated oven at 170 C, until golden and firm to the touch. Enjoy!
