Aceasta este reteta mea de back-up cand frigiderul e gol :)) Deci in principiu din orice fel de paste+ resturi de branza, oua, smantana sau iaurt (sau chiar si lapte daca e nevoie) fac o super budinca de paste cu branza :) Ideal e sa aveti si o branza care se topeste pt topping. Noi o mancam in doua feluri: 1. simpla, ca fel principal 2. cu zahar sau indulcitor ca desert. Iar varianta 2 este in topul preferintelor supranumita si Mama comfort food-ului :)))
Ingrediente* (6 portii):
- 250g paste
- 4 oua
- 400g branza telemea
- 300g smantana (sau iaurt gras)
- 50g unt
- cascaval, mozzarella pt topping
Fierbem pastele conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj (puteti folosi orice fel de paste va plac sau aveti in casa) pana sunt fierte al-dente.
Maruntim branza cu furculita (am folosit 2 feluri de telemea, una mai slaba-apoasa si una mai uscata), batem ouale si amestecam bine toate ingredientele cu pastele scurse.
Turnam compozitia intr-o tava dreptunghiulara (aprox 20*30cm), adaugam branza pt topping daca avem si coacem totul la 170C timp de aprox 40 min, pana se rumeneste frumos la suprafata. E mai buna rece budinca :) Enjoy!
*Cantitatile sunt aproximative, puteti folosi de exemplu mai multe oua in loc de smantana/iaurt/lapte sau invers, ideea e doar ca pastele sa fie acoperite de compozitia lichida :)

This is my backup recipe when our fridge is almost empty :)) So basically from any pasta + leftover cheese, yogurt, sour cream (even milk) I make this amazing cheese pasta bake :) it’s best if you add some melting cheese to the topping :) We like to serve it 1. plain, as main dish, 2.with sugar or sweetener, as dessert. Version no. 2 is in our top comfort foods :))))
Ingredients* (6 servings):
- 250 g pasta
- 4 eggs
- 400 g cheese
- 300 g sour cream (or 10% fat yogurt)
- 50 g butter
- melting cheese, mozzarella for the topping (optional)
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package (you can use any pasta you like or have in your pantry) until they are al dente. Mash the cheese with a fork, beat the eggs and mix all the ingredients with the drained pasta.
Pour the mixture in a rectangular pan (approx 20*30 cm), add the melting cheese on top and bake for 40 min at 170 C, until nicely golden on the surface. It’s better served cold :) Enjoy!
*The quantities are approximate, you can us for example more eggs instead of milk/cream, yogurt or vice-versa, the point is that the pasta should be covered in liquid :)
