O delicioasa budinca ce aduce foarte mult cu mult iubita crema de zahar ars. Am folosit si semintele de la 1 pastaie de vanilie, si esenta de vanilie facuta in casa pentru a accentua aceasta aroma delicioasa. Foarte buna!
Ingrediente (8 portii):
- 500ml lapte
- 3 oua
- 250g ricotta
- 80g zahar brun*
- 4 lg tarate de ovaz
- 2 lg amidon
- semintele de la 1 pastaie de vanilie
- 1 lgt esenta de vanilie
Batem albusurile spuma, apoi le amestecam intr-un bol cu restul ingredientelor si turnam compozitia intr-un vas rotund de yena pe care il introducem la cuptor pentru aprox. 1 ora, pana se rumeneste frumos
. Lasam la racit, dupa care rasturnam prajitura pe un platou si ornam frumos cu fructe, sirop de ciocolata, frisca etc. Pofta mare!
*Baby-friendly: folositi, optional, putin sirop de artar sau miere, avand in vedere faptul ca mierea se ofera copiilor numai dupa varsta de 1 an, cu masura.
ENGLISH VERSION
A delicious pudding that resembles the beloved creme brulee. I used the seeds form 1 vanilla pod and homemade vanilla essence to hightail this wonderful flavor. Really good, trust me! :)
Ingredients (8 servings):
- 500 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 250 g ricotta cheese
- 80 g brown sugar
- 4 tbsp oat bran
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- seeds from 1 vanilla bean
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks, then add them in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients, stir well and add the mixture in a heat resistant dish and bake in the oven for about 1 hour, until the surface turns slightly golden. Let it cool, then flip on a large plate and decorate with fruit, chocolate syrup, cream etc. Enjoy!
