Un desert absolut delicios, gata in maxim 5 minute, super sanatos si extrem de simplu: budinca raw de banane si vanilie. Sa avem pofta! Eu am mancat ambele portii :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 3 banane coapte
  • 1 cana caju crud hidratat 2 ore (140g)
  • 1 lg ulei de cocos
  • 2 lg sirop de artar (dupa gust, in functie de dulceata bananelor)
  • semintele de la o pastaie de vanilie
  • 1 lgt zeama de lime
  • 1 praf de turmeric (optional, pentru culoare)

Introducem toate ingredientele in robotul de bucatarie si mixam bine, potrivind indulcitorul dupa gust si oprind din cand in cand aparatul pentru a lua compozitia de pe pereti.

Punem in 2 cupe la frigider 15 minute pentru a se intari putin, apoi presaram deasupra nuci, sirop de artar si servim cu pofta :) Enjoy!

ENGLISH VERSION

A super delicious dessert that’s ready in maximum 5 minutes, super healthy and extremely simple: raw banana and vanilla pudding. Enjoy! I ate both servings :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup cashew soaked for 2 hours (140g)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste, depending on the sweetness of the bananas)
  • seeds from 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 pinch of turmeric (optional, for extra color)

Place all the ingredients in the food processor and process well, adding sweetener to taste and stopping the machine to scrape down the walls from time to time. Pour in 2 pots in the fridge and let the pudding set for 15 min. Decorate with walnuts, maple syrup and dig in! :)
