O mancare de vara, lejera si gustoasa, buna atat rece, cat si calda: budinca de conopida :) Eu sunt maaaare fana conopida si am facut-o intr-o varianta mai dietetica, fara smantana si cascaval, dar a iesit excelenta, sa stiti, Ilincuta mea a papat tot :) Voi puteti adauga smantana si cascaval, daca doriti ;)
Ingrediente (4 portii):
- 1 kg conopida
- 4 oua
- 400ml lapte de migdale
- sare, piper
- pentru servit: iaurt, marar
Spalam conopida si o taiem in buchetele pe care le punem la fiert la aburi timp de 10-15 min, pana conopida e fiarta al dente. Adica intra furculita in ea, dar nu foarte usor
:) Asezam buchetelele de conopida intr-o forma rotunda termorezistenta de yenna. Separat batem ouale, adaugam laptele, sare si piper si turnam totul peste conopida. Coacem budinca timp de o ora, o lasam sa se raceasca, o taiem felii si o servim. Pofta mare!
ENGLISH VERSION
A light, summer dish that’s delicious both warm and cold: cauliflower casserole :) I made a lighter version, without cream or cheese, but it turned out really delicious, my baby ate it all :)
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 1 kg cauliflower
- 4 eggs
- 400 ml almond milk
- salt, pepper
- for serving: yogurt, dill
Wash the cauliflower and chop into florets, steam them for about 10-15 min, until al dente. Place them in a round glass pan, add the beaten eggs, milk, salt and pepper and bake for about 1 hour. Let it cool, then slice and enjoy!
