Vremea caniculara ne face sa cautam metode de a ne racori, iar cei care sufera de intoleranta la lactoza sau tin post nu trebuie privati de bautura racoritoare vedeta a verii: caffe frappe-ul :) Neaparat trebuie sa incercati aceasta reteta, undeva la umbra si cu extra gheata: caffe frappe vegan :)
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 400ml lapte de migdale
- 4 cuburi de gheata
- 2 lgt cafea instant
- 2 lg sirop de artar
- 1/4 lgt pudra de vanilie
- frisca de cocos, cacao, sirop de artar pentru servit
Mixam toate ingredientele in blender, gustam si mai adaugam sirop de artar daca mai e nevoie. Turnam bautura in pahare dragute, decoram cu frisca de cocos, cacao pudra si putin sirop de artar. Un deliciu absolut! :)

The hot weather outside makes us look for ways to cool, and those with lactose intolerance or vegan diet shouldn’t be deprived of this delicious summer drink recipe: ice coffee :) You have to try it, with extra ice, and do enjoy it somewhere away from the sun: vegan ice coffee :)
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 400 ml almond milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- coconut whipped cream, cocoa, maple syrup to serve
Blend all the ingredients in the blender, taste and add more maple syrup if necessary. Pour the drink in nice glasses, decorate with coconut whipped cream, cocoa powder and a little more maple syrup. Super delicious! :)
