Vara fructele sunt desertul ideal, iar uneori imi place sa le dau o nota aparte :) Aceste caise coapte cu vanilie sunt incredibil de aromate, dulci si sunt minunate servite calde cu inghetata, frisca facuta in casa sau chiar iaurt grecesc :) Un desert simplu, de efect care va parfuma intreaga casa :)
Ingrediente (4 portii):
- 750g caise
- 3 lg fulgi de migdale
- 2 lg zahar de cocos
- 1 pastaie de vanilie
- 1 lg fistic crud
- inghetata, frisca sau iaurt grecesc pentru servit (optional)
Spalam bine caisele, le taiem in jumatate si le scoatem samburii. Le asezam pe o tava termorezistenta cu partea taiata in sus, presaram peste ele zahar de cocos (in functie de cat de dulci sunt, ajustam cantitatea de zahar), fulgi de migdale si fistic crud tocat.
Despicam pastaia de vanilie in jumatatea pe lungime, scoatem semintele cu un cutit lat si le presaram si pe acestea peste caise. Punem si pastaia ramasa in tava, printre caise, va mirosi minunat in casa :)
Coacem caisele 20-30 de min la 170C (foc mediu) pana se inmoaie si toppingul devine brun auriu. Sunt bune si calde, si reci, cu inghetata, frisca sau iaurt. Pofta mare!
ENGLISH VERSION
In the summertime fruits are the perfect dessert, but I like to give them a little twist sometimes :) These vanilla roasted apricots are incredibly tasty, sweet and just wonderful served warm with homemade ice cream, whipped cream or even Greek yogurt :) A simple, classy dessert that will make your entire house smell lovely :)
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 750 g apricots
- 3 tbsp almond flakes
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 tbsp raw pistachio
- for serving: ice cream, whipped cream or yogurt (optional)
Wash the apricots, cut them in halves and remove their pits. Place them with the cut sides up in a baking dish, sprinkle on top of them almond flakes, coconut sugar and chopped pistachio (adjust the quantity of sugar according to he sweetness of the apricots).
Split the vanilla bean in half lengthwise and extract the seeds using a knife. Sprinkle the seeds over the apricots and place the bean among them, the house will smell wonderful :) Bake the apricots for about 20-30 min at 170 C, until they are soft and the topping golden brown. They’re delicious wither warm or cold, with ice cream, whipped cream or yogurt. Enjoy! D
