Ador caramelul, asa ca am conceput o reteta geniala raw, simpla, sanatoasa si absolut dementiala la gust. Se poate folosi ca topping la multe deserturi raw si nu numai, clatite, putem inmuia bucatele de fructe in el, il putem adauga peste granola sau fulgi de cereale. Un deliciu sanatos: Caramel raw :)


Mixam toate ingredientele in blenderul de mare putere sau intr-un robot mic de bucatarie. Daca e nevoie, mai adaugam si putina apa pana obtinem consistenta dorita. Se pastreaza in frigider si se savureaza cu pofta :) Enjoy!


I adore caramel, so I made up a super recipe, raw, simple, healthy and extremely delicious. You can use it as topping for many raw desserts and not only pancakes, you can dip fruits in it, you can add it over granola or cereal flakes. A healthy treat: raw caramel :)


  • 200 g soft dates soaked for 2 hours
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean
  • 1/4 cup water (60ml)

Process all the ingredients in the high speed blender or small food processor. If needed, add more water to obtain the desired consistency. Store in the fridge and enjoy :)

  1. Ai putea, te rog, daca ar afecta mult gustul caramelului faptul ca in loc de unt de migdale as folosi de arahide? Thanks in advance :)
