De mult timp vroiam sa fac un blat de pizza keto, ma gandesc la el de cand am facut aceste saratele keto cu mozzarella, si cititorii mei imi tot scriu ca asteapta o pizza fara gluten si low carb, asa ca voila! Cea mai buna pizza keto, din cate am mancat, cu blat subtiiiire si crocant :) Trebuie neaparat sa o incercati, e super super super buna! Si frumusica, nu-i asa? (blatul: 8 felii a cate 126cal si 2g net carbs, fara topping :)

Ingrediente:

Topping:

  • 2 lg pasta de rosii
  • 2 feliute de cascaval afumat
  • 4 fasii de bacon, 2 felii de sunca
  • 100g ciuperci, 6-8 rosii cherry
  • un pumn de masline
  • 2 lg mozzarella rasa
  • ketchup fara zahar (acesta e preferatul meu)

Intr-o craticioara nonaderenta topim la foc mic branza mozzarella rasa, amestecand mereu, adaugam apoi crema de branza, oul si amestecam bine. Cand compozitia e omogena adaugam si faina de migdale si guma xantan si amestecam pana la incorporare.

Intindem aluatul obtinut intre 2 foi de copt, ii dam o forma rotunda si ii strangem usor marginile ca in imagine. Il intepam cu furculita, il transferam cu tot cu hartie pe o tava de pizza (pe aceasta o am eu, cu diametrul de 33cm) si il coacem cam 10 min la 200C, pana se rumeneste foarte putin.

Scoatem tava din cuptor, ungem blatul cu pasta de rosii si adaugam toppingul dorit, eu am folosit: masline, ciuperci felii (rumenite putin in tigaie ca sa nu lase zeama), rosii cherry, cascaval afumat, sunca, bacon rumenit. si extra mozzarella rasa :)

Mai coacem pizza inca 15 min cu ventilatia pornita in ultimele 5 min, pana se rumeneste frumos, nu ca ma laud, dar uitati-va putin ce superba si rumena e a mea pizza keto! :) Pofta mare!

I’ve been wanting to make a keto pizza crust for such a long time, since I made these fathead crackers, my readers kept asking me for a gluten free low carb one, so voila! The best keto pizza I’ve ever had, with a delicious thin crispy crust, you’ve got to try it, it’s super! And also very pretty, right? ): (crust: 8 slices of 126 cal and 2g net carbs each, without the topping :)

Ingredients:

  • 150 g grated mozzarella
  • 40 g cream cheese
  • 70 g almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (optional)

Topping:

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 slices of smoked cheese
  • 4 bacon strips, 2 ham slices
  • 100 g mushrooms,6-8 cherry tomatoes
  • a handful of olives
  • 2 tbsp grated mozzarella
  • sugar free ketchup

In a non stick pan melt the mozzarella, constantly stirring, then add the cream cheese and egg, mix until combined. Add the almond flour and xanthan gum and mix until homogeneous.

Roll the dough between 2 pieces of baking paper, give it a round shape and fold in the edges like in the pictures above. Poke with a fork, transfer on a pizza tray (33 cm diameter) and bake at 200C for about 10 min, until just very little golden brown.

Take the pizza out of the oven, add the tomato paste and the desired topping, I used: olives, sauteed mushrooms (so that they don’t leave their juice), cherry tomatoes, smoked cheese, ham, crispy bacon and extra grated mozzarella cheese.

Bake another 15 min, with the ventilation on in the last 5 min, until lovely golden brown like mine. Best keto pizza ever, enjoy! :)
