Dragii mei, azi va prezint salata mea preferata de cartofi, super consistenta si satioasa, e un pranz perfect care se pregateste foarte usor si poate fi si luat la pachet :) Cea mai buna salata de cartofi ever. Teoretic poate fi servita si ca garnitura, dar mie mi se pare mai mult decat suficient pentru o masa :)
Ingrediente (4 portii):
- 1 kg cartofi
- 3 castraveti murati
- 100g masline Kalamata
- 4 oua fierte tari
- 2 tije de telina Apio
- 2 cepe verzi
- 4 lg maioneza facuta in casa
- 1 lgt mustar
- sare, piper
- 1/2 legatura patrunjel
Fierbem cartofii taiati cubulete (eu am avut 1 cartof mare si mai multi rosii mici pe care i-am lasat in coaja si i-am taiat in jumatate) si ii fierbem in apa cu sare pana intra furculita usor in ei. Ii scurgem bine si ii punem intr-un bol mare.
Adaugam: castravetii feliati, telina si cepele verzi tocate, ouale fierte taiate in 4 si maslinele. Facem un sos din maioneza, mustar, sare si piper si il punem cu o lingura in mijlocul castronului. Servim cu patrunjel proaspat tocat deasupra. Pofta mare!

Hi everyone, today I’m sharing with you my favorite potato salad :) Super filling and nutritious, it makes a perfect lunch and you can take it to work in a casserole. It can be a side dish as well, but to me it’s more than enough on its own :)
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 1 kg potatoes
- 3 pickled cucumbers
- 100 g Kalamata olives
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 spring onions
- 4 tbsp homemade mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt, pepper
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
Cut the potatoes into cubes (I had a large one and more baby red potatoes I left with their skins on and cut in half) and boil them in water with a pinch of salt until soft. Drain them well and place them in a large bowl.
Add the following: sliced cucumbers, chopped celery and spring onions, eggs cut in quarters and olives. Make a dressing from the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper and spoon it on the center of the salad. Serve with freshly chopped parsley. Enjoy!
