Participand la un concurs pe grupul Denisei de la Nutriblog am descoperit cea mai buna reteta de clatite subtiri keto! Sunt GENIALE, nu se rup, sunt flexibile, usoare si super gustoare, multumesc mult Denisa! :) Va recomand calduros blogul ei cu retete keto-low carb, il gasiti aici.
Ingrediente (4 buc):
- 3 oua
- 50ml smantana lichida
- 25g faina de migdale
- 10g eritritol pudra
- 1/4 lgt praf de copt
- 1/4 lgt extract de vanilie
- 1 lg ulei de cocos pt tigaie
- zmeura, caramel, Edulcorem pudra pt servit
Batem ouale cu indulcitorul si praful de copt, adaugam apoi faina de migdale, smantana lichida, vanilia. Incingem o tigaie de clatite, o ungem cu putin ulei de cocos.
Turnam 1/4 din compozitie in tigaie, o rotim usor astfel incat compozitia sa se intinda uniform si o lasam sa se gateasca pana apar bule mici pe suprafata. O intoarcem usor pe partea cealalta si o mai gatim maxim 1 min.
Repetam cu celelalte 3 clatite. Le servim cu ce gem, dulceata, crema de ciocolata avem, fructe si Edulcorem pudra. Un rasfat genial! :) Pofta mare!

Ingredients (4 pcs):
- 3 eggs
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 25 g almond flour
- 10 g powdered sweetener
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp coconut oil for the pan
- raspberry, caramel, powdered sweetener for serving
Whisk the eggs and sweetener, baking powder, then add the almond flour, heavy cream, vanilla. Heat a pancake pan and grease with coconut oil.
Pour 1/4 of the mixture in the hot pan, rotate gently to spread evenly. Let it cook until bubbly on the surface, then flip and cook for max 1 more min.
Repeat with the other 3 crepes. Serve with what jam you like, caramel, fruit and powdered sweetener. A yummy treat! Enjoy!
