O bautura aromata si parfumata de iarna care va va incanta simturile cu siguranta. Chai latte. Pentru o aroma mai intensa folositi ceai negru. Ingredientele sunt pentru 2 portii, deci puteti dubla usor cantitatile, pentru a va impresiona musafirii cu acest deliciu fierbinte :)
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 1 cana de apa plata (250ml)
- 2 pliculete de ceai Vanilla Rooibos
- 1 cana de lapte de migdale (250ml)
- o bucatica de ghimbir proaspat cat o nuca
- 2 batoane de scortisoara
- 2 stelute de anason
- 3 pastai de cardamom
- 1/4 lgt cuisoare
- 1/4 lgt boabe de piper
- indulcitor* dupa gust
- frisca de cocos si scortisoara pudra pentru servit
Punem apa la fiert cu pliculetele de ceai, ghimbirul feliat si toate condimentele. Cand incepe sa fiarba adaugam laptele de migdale si indulcitorul, stingem focul si lasam 10 minute sa se imbine aromele. Strecuram si servim fierbinte cu frisca de cocos si pudra de scortisoara deasupra :) Pofta mare!
*Keto/Low-carb: folositi un indulcitor adecvat: eritritol, tagatoza, Green Sugar, xylitol dupa gust.

A warm flavored winter drink that will definitely enchant your senses. Chai latte. For a stronger flavor use black tea. The ingredients are for 2 servings, so you can easily double the quantities to impress your guests with this hot delicious treat :)
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 1 cup water (250ml)
- 2 Vanilla Rooibos tea sachets
- 1 cup almond milk (250ml)
- 1 piece of fresh ginger the size of a walnut
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 stars anise
- 2 cardamon pods
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- agave syrup/maple syrup/honey to taste
- coconut whipped cream and cinnamon powder to serve
Start by heating the water with the tea sachets, sliced ginger and all the spices. When the water starts to boil, add the almond milk and sweetener, stop the fire and let it sit for 10 minutes, so that the flavors combine. Strain and serve hot with coconut whipped cream and cinnamon powder on top :) Enjoy!
