Acest chec umed cu iaurt e ceva de vissssss, pufos dar tare fraged in acelasi timp si cu consistenta umeda, yum yum yum :) Se face si super simplu, intr-un singur bol, apoi la cuptor si gata. Nu uitati ca intre 1 – 30 noiembrie puteți achizitiona orice produs din gama Edulcorem si Steviorem cu o reducere de 10%, de pe LaboratoareleRemedia.ro, folosind codul EDULCOREM10.
Ingrediente:
- 250g iaurt grecesc 10%
- 2 oua
- 100g Steviorem cocos
- 80ml ulei (de masline)
- coaja rasa de la 1 lamaie
- 250g faina
- 1 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu
- 1 lgt praf de copt
- 1/4 lgt pudra de vanilie
- gem de caise pentru topping (optional)
Batem intr-un bol mare ouale cu Steviorem cocos (zahar de cocos + stevie), adaugam uleiul (am folosit de masline), iaurtul, coaja rasa de lamaie. Omogenizam bine de tot cu un tel.
Adaugam apoi ingredientele uscate: faina, praful de copt, bicarbonatul si vanilia. Faina se adauga in 2 transe, cand aluatul a devenit mai ferm, schimbam telul cu o spatula si omogenizam bine totul.
Ungem o tava de chec cu ulei si o tapetam cu hartie de copt, apoi punem compozitia in tava si o nivelam frumos. Coacem cuptorul 35-40 de min la 170C, pana trece testul scobitorii. Se unge cu gem de caise cat e cald, folosind o pensula de bucatarie. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION
This moist yogurt pound cake is to die for, it’s super rich, fluffy but also tender and moist at the same time, yum yum yum :) And it’s so easy to make, you need just 1 bowl, whisk whisk whisk, bake and that’s it :)
Ingredients:
- 250 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 2 eggs
- 100 g Steviorem coconut
- 80 ml olive oil
- grated zest of 1 lemon
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- apricot jam for the topping (optional)
Beat the eggs and Steviorem coconut (coconut sugar + stevia), add the oil (I used olive oil), yogurt, grated lemon zest. Mix well with a whisk. Add the dry ingredients: flour (in 2 batches, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla).
When the dough gets more firm, use a spatula instead of a whisk :) Line a pound cake pan with baking paper and add the dough, level it nicely. Bake for 35-40 min at 170C, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Grease with apricot jam while it’s hot and serve. Enjoy!
