Un desert super rapid, cred ca in maxim 10 minute e gata, fara coacere, fara zahar, keto si low carb, fara gluten si plin de nutrienti. Si arata foaaaarte dragut asa, in borcanase, nu? :) Cheesecake keto la pahar fara coacere.

Baza:

  • 100g nuci (sau migdale)
  • 2 lg Green Sugar pudra
  • 1 lgt extract de vanilie
  • 1/2 lgt scortisoara

Crema:

  • 150g crema de branza
  • 200g mascarpone
  • 80ml smantana lichida pt frisca
  • 3 lg Green Sugar pudra
  • coaja de la 1/2 lamaie
  • 1 lgt extract de vanilie

Topping:

  • gem de capsuni/visine/afine etc fara zahar
  • fructe proaspete: fructe de padure, visine, capsuni etc
  • frisca (fara zahar)

Pentru baza maruntim in robot nucile, adaugam indulcitorul, scortisoara, vanilia si mai pulsam pana sunt toate bine amestecate. Puteti adauga, daca doriti, si 2 linguri de unt in compozitie, eu nu am pus.

Pentru crema punem toate ingredientele (mai putin smantana lichida) in bolul mixerului si batem bine amestecul pana obtinem o crema fina si ferma. Adaugam si smantana lichida si batem pana la incorporare.

Pentru asamblare: punem in 3 borcanase amestecul crocant pentru baza, punem crema cu un pos si deasupra punem toppingul dorit; eu am pus gem de capsuni fara zahar facut de mine, visine, afine si frisca neindulcita. Suuuper bun tot, pofta mare! Cheesecake keto la pahar fara coacere. P.S. – si acest cheesecake keto e genial!

A super quick dessert, it’s ready in like 10 min, no bake, sugar free, keto, low carb, gluten free and full of nutrients. And it is just so cute in these tiny jars, don’t you think? :) Keto no bake cheesecake cups.

Base:

  • 100 g walnuts (or almonds)
  • 2 tbsp Green Sugar, powdered
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Cream:

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 80 ml heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp Green Sugar, powdered
  • zest from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping:

  • strawberry/sour cherry/blueberry etc sugar free jam
  • fresh fruit: sour cherries, favorite berries
  • sugar free whipped cream

For the base grind the walnuts in the food processor, add the sweetener, vanilla and cinnamon and pulse a couple of times. You can add 2 tablespoons of butter if you want, I didn’t.

For the cream beat all of the ingredients except the heavy cream with a mixer until smooth, then add the heavy cream too and beat until fully incorporated.

To assemble: Divide the crumb base in 3 jars, pipe the cream into the jars and add the desired topping; I used sugar free jam I made, sour cherries, blueberries and sugar free whipped cream. SO GOOD! Enjoy! :)
