Chifle keto cu faina Szafi. Am aflat despre faina Szafi pe blogurile dragi pe care le urmaresc – Retete LCHF si Dieta ketogenica, iar cand am facut si reteta de grisine keto m-am indragostit de aceasta faina keto! :) E super tare, aluaturile ies foarte similare cu cele clasice, iar azi am experimentat (cu success :)) o reteta de chifle keto cu faina Szafi. Foarte bune au iesit, le-am savurat cu unt, sunt un excelent substitut keto pentru chifle. Se simte aroma de branza, dar viata fara branza e pustiu, lol :))) (12 chifle mici a cate 1 g carbs net si 90 cal)

Ingrediente (12 chifle):

Super simplu sunt de facut: mixam ouale cu apa, adaugam apoi uleiul de masline, faina Szafi, semintele, praful de copt, sarea si omogenizam bine tot, pana nu mai avem cocoloase. Cand compozitia e fina, adaugam si branza mozzarella data pe razatoare, amestecam bine.

Folosind o lingura de inghetata formam 12 bilute maricele pe care le asezam pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, le aplatizam foarte putin si presaram cateva seminte de in pe fiecare chifla.

Le coacem la 170C timp de 25-30 min, pana o scobitoare introdusa in centru iese curata, si cu ventilatia pornita in ultimele 5 min, pt a se rumeni frumos. Le taiem dupa ce se racesc. Pofta mare! :)

AI found about Szafi flour mix from the keto blogs I follow and when I made the keto bread sticks with it, I totally feel in love with this flour! :)) It’s so awesome, the doughs are so similar to classic ones, and today I tried a new keto buns recipe that turned out really good. You can taste the cheese, but boy, do I love cheese! :))

Ingredients (12 pcs):

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g grated mozzarella
  • 50 g Szafi flour mix
  • 1 tbsp flax-seed flour (optional, for a brown color)
  • 2 tbsp seeds (sesame, flax seed)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Super simple: whisk the eggs and water, then add the olive oil, Szafi flour, seeds, basking soda, salt and mix everything well until there are no more lumps. Add the grated mozzarella and mix until incorporated.

Using an ice cream scoop, form 12 balls, place them on a tray lined with baking paper, gently flatten them a little and sprinkle some flax seed over each bun.

Bake the buns at 170 C for about 25-30 min, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean, with the ventilation on in the last 5 min, until lovely golden brown. Cut after cooled. Enjoy!
