Aveam super pofta de niste burgeri asa ca mi-am pregatit niste chifle keto super dragalase, putin pufoase si gustoase, bune pentru orice :) Maine sper sa revin si cu reteta de burger de vita Angus :) Later edit: iata si reteta de burgeri keto aici :)

Ingrediente (6 chifle):

  • 130g faina de migdale
  • 2 lg faina de cocos
  • 2 lgt praf de copt
  • 1/2 lgt sare
  • 160g mozzarella rasa
  • 60g crema de branza
  • 2 oua
  • seminte de mac, susan si 1 galbenus pt topping

Topim intr-o tigaie nonaderenta mozzarella rasa si crema de branza, amestecam energic cu o spatula pana obtinem un aluat lipicios. Adaugam si restul ingredientelor si framantam bine compozitia.

O impartim in 6 bilute, le aplatizam usor, le ungem cu galbenus si presaram seminte deasupra. Coacem chiflele la 170C timp de 25-30 de min, pana se rumenesc frumos :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

I was super craving a burger, so I prepared myself these amazing keto burger buns, so cute, a little fluffy and very tasty, great for anything :) Tomorrow I hope to get back with the Angus beef burger recipe :)

Ingredients (6 buns):

  • 130 g almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 160 g mozzarella, grated
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • poppy, sesame seeds and an egg yolk for the topping

Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in a non stick pan, constantly stirring well until you get a soft sticky dough. Add the rest of the ingredient and knead well the dough until smooth.

Divide into 6 balls, flatten them, grease them with egg yolk and sprinkle seeds on them. Bake the buns for 25-30 min at 170 C until lovely golden :) Enjoy!
