In acest weekend am experimentat o reteta noua de paine keto/low carb, si anume sub forma chifle keto. Super gustoase, pufoase, am facut cu ele un mega sandvis si cred ca sunt si excelente daca vreti sa faceti burgeri cu ele :) Nu va trebuie neaparat forma aceasta, le puteti face in orice forme de silicon aveti.
Ingrediente (4 chifle):
- 100g faina de migdale
- 1/2 lgt praf de copt
- 1/2 lgt sare
- 100g mozzarella
- 100g crema de branza
- 3 oua
- seminte pt topping (optional)
Se prepara foarte simplu: amestecam faina de migdale, mozzarella data pe razatoare, sarea si praful de copt. Separat batem ouale si crema de braza, apoi combinam cele 2 amestecuri si omogenizam bine. Compozitia e grosuta, ca o smantana si putin lipicioasa.
Impartim compozitia cu ajutorul unei lingurite in 4 forme mari de silicon (pentru a nu se lipi) si coacem totul cam 20 de min in cuptorul preincalzit la 180C, pana se rumenesc frumos la suprafata. Le lasam 2 min sa se raceasca in tava, apoi le scoatem cu grija si le putem servi exact ca pe painea normala :) Pofta mare!

This weekend I tested this super keto/low carb recipe: keto buns. Super tasty, fluffy, I made the most delicious low carb sandwich with them and they’re excellent for burgers :) You don’t really need this shaped mold, you can use any silicone mold you have.
Ingredients (4 pcs):
- 100 g almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 g mozzarella
- 100 g cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- seeds for the topping (optional)
Super simple to make: combine the almond flour, grated mozzarella, baking powder and salt. Separately whisk the eggs and cream cheese, then combine the 2 mixture into a thick, sticky dough.
Divide the mixture using a teaspoon into 4 large silicone molds and bake them for about 20 min in the preheated oven at 170 C, until they turn golden on the surface. Let them chill for 2 min, then pop them out of the molds and enjoy them like just regular bread! :)
