Dragilor, v-am pregatit o reteta delicioasa, satioasa, cu multe legume si extrem de versatila: chiftelute de cartofi si broccoli. Pot fi servite cu salata, in sandvis sau burger, cu diverse sosuri, ca gustare rece la pachetel sau cum va mai trece prin cap :) Ilinca le rontaie goale, ca pe pufuleti :))
Ingrediente (12 buc):
- 400g cartofi
- 150g broccoli
- 1 morcov
- 2 catei de usturoi
- 1/2 ceapa rosie
- 1 ou
- 3 lg faina de orez
- 1/2 legatura de patrunjel/marar
- sare, piper
Fierbem cartofii decojiti si taiati cubulete, morcovii si buchetelele de broccoli pana intra usor furculita in ele. Le lasam a se raceasca, apoi le pasam cu furculita sau cu robotul de bucatarie (doar cateva pulsuri, nu trebuie sa obtinem o pasta, ci sa pastram textura legumelor) si le amestecam cu cateii de usturoi si ceapa maruntite, verdeata tocata, oul, sare, piper si faina de orez.
Omogenizam bine compozitia (daca e nevoie, mai adaugati faina) si punem cu lingura guguloaie pe o tava intinsa tapetata cu hartie de copt. Le aplatizam usor cu mainile umede si le dam forma de chiftelute :) Le coacem aprox 30 de min in cuptorul preincalzit la 180C, pana se rumenesc frumos si devin ferme la atingere. Pofta mare!
*Baby-friendly: folositi foarte putina sare doar dupa varsta de 1 an, iar piper cu masura, fiind un condiment puternic si iritant gastric.

Hi everyone, I’ve got a super tasty, filling and packed with many veggies recipe for you: potato broccoli patties. They’re extremely versatile: you can serve them with salad, in a sandwich or burger, as a cold snack, with many dips or however you want :) Ilinca eats them plain, like chips :))
Ingredients (12 pcs):
- 400 g potatoes
- 150 g broccoli
- 1 carrot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 1/2 bunch of parsley/dill
- salt, pepper
Boil the peeled and chopped potatoes, carrots and broccoli until tender. Let them cool, then mas them with a fork or food processor (just a couple of pulses, to save the texture) and mixed them with the mashed garlic, chopped onion, herbs, egg, salt, pepper and rice flour.
Mix well everything, adding a little more flour if needed, and spoon 12 drops of dough on a tray lined with baking paper. Flatten them and give them a patties shape, using your wet hands :) Bake for about 30 min in the preheated oven at 180 C. until they turn a little brownish on the edges. Enjoy!
