Ingrediente (18 buc):

  • 250g file de somon
  • 1 cartof mediu
  • 1 morcov
  • 1 ou
  • 1/2 ceapa mica
  • 1 catel de usturoi
  • 75g pesmet
  • cateva fire de marar si patrunjel
  • sare, piper

Suuuuuper bun!

ENGLISH VERSION

Ilinca loves all kind of fish, so today I prepared these super cute baked salmon meatballs, so nutritious and tasty :) They’re perfect for kids and they’ll make great finger food at parties :)

Ingredients (18 pcs):

  • 250 g salmon file
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 75 g breadcrumbs
  • a couple or dill  & parsley threads
  • salt, pepper
  • aromatic oil for spraying

Peel, roughly chop and boil the potato and carrot. Dice the onion, garlic, chop the parsley and dill. Mix all the ingredients: fish file, mashed carrot and potato, onion, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper and about 30 g of the breadcrumbs.

Mold tiny balls (the size of ping pong balls) and roll them into the remaining breadcrumbs. Place them on a large tray lined with baking paper and spray some oil over them. Bake them in the preheated oven for 35 min at 180 C, with the ventilation on, giving the tray a shake halftime to turn them.

They’re so tasty and crunchy, I prepared an avocado sauce for them: 1 avocado 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, 2 tsp lemon juice, salt and pepper. Super yummy! :)
