Ciocolata bebelusului. Pregatesc un articol cu idei de retete pentru bebelusi +7 luni, si m-am gandit ca intre timp sa ii fac un upgrade retetei de budinca de roscove pe care o faceam de pe vremea diversificarii Ilincai :) Nu am mai adaugat nici un indulcitor si a iesit oricum foarte buna, i-a placut lui Teo :) Fina, cremoasa, iar pudra de roscove (carobul) ii aduce un plus de nutrienti: calciu, fosfor si altele (detalii aici)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

Simplu, ca de obicei: introducem toate ingredientele in blender si mixam bine pana obtinem o consistenta fina. Se pot pasa si cu blenderul vertical.

Apoi turnam crema in doua castronele mici mici pentru pitici :) A doua portie sau ce ramane se pastreaza in frigider pentru a doua zi, se va mai intari putin la rece datorita uleiului de cocos :)

Bine, daca bebelusul e mancacios, poate da gata ambele portii, Teo a mea mananca de 2 ori din aceasta reteta de ciocoata bebelusului. Pofta mare, pitici! Ciocolata bebelusului

I am preparing an article with recipes for babies over 7 months old and I thought I’d give an upgrade to my carob chocolate pudding, the one I used to make for Ilinca when she was a baby :) I did not use any sweetener this time, and it was perfect just like that, Teo really liked it :) It’s so smooth and creamy and the carob brings extra nutrients, like Calcium, Phosphorus and others (details here)

Ingredients (2 serving):

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp carob
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Simple, as always: blend all the ingredients well, until smooth and creamy. You can use a vertical blender, too. Pour the pudding in 2 small bowls for your little one. Store the remaining pudding in the fridge for the next day, it will harden just a little because pf the coconut oil. Enjoy!
