Meniu usor de post, aperitiv sau garnitura consistenta, aceste ciuperci umplute cu legume sunt foarte gustoase si usor de facut :) Va poftesc la masa!

Ingrediente:

  • 1 kg ciuperci champignon mari
  • 1 ardei gras rosu
  • 1 ceapa rosie
  • 3 catei de usturoi
  • 50g masline fara samburi
  • 1 lg ulei de masline
  • 1 legatura de marar
  • sare si piper proaspat rasnite

Spalam bine ciupercile, le curatam si le scoatem coditele. Separat facem umplutura: tocam marunt ceapa rosie, ardeiul, maslinele, cateii de usturoi, mararul si coditele ramase.

Turnam putin ulei de masline, asezonam cu sare si piper si umplem ciupercile cu acest amestesc. Introducem totul la cuptor cam 15-20 min. Pofta mare!

*Baby-friendly: folositi foarte putina sare doar dupa varsta de 1 an, iar piper cu masura, fiind un condiment puternic si iritant gastric.

ENGLISH VERSION

Light vegan meal, appetizer or filling side dish, these vegetable stuffed mushrooms are very tasty and easy to make :)

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg large mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 50 g pitted olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • freshly ground salt and pepper

Wash the mushrooms really well and remove their stems. Separately prepare the stuffing: finely chop the red onion, bell pepper, olives, garlic and stems. Pour olive oil, season with salt and pepper and stuff the mushrooms with this mixture. Bake everything for about 15-20 min. Enjoy!
