Pentru a introduce in alimentatia copiilor mai multe legume pe ascuns si pentru ca celor mici le plac culorile aprinse, aceste clatite pufoase cu sfecla sunt perfecte! :) Sunt delicioase, pufoase, aromate si le puteti servi cu ce doriti: iaurt grecesc, fructe, sirop de artar, frisca, gem sau dulceata fara zahar, mmmm… Iar cantitatile se pot dubla foarte usor :)

Ingrediente (10 buc):

  • 100g faina de migdale
  • 50g sfecla rosie fiarta
  • 2 oua
  • 1 lg sirop de artar* (optional)
  • 50ml apa minerala
  • 1/2 lgt praf de copt
  • 1/2 lgt extract de vanilie
  • ulei de cocos pt uns tigaia
  • topping: fructe, branzica de vaci etc

Mixam bine in blender toate ingredientele, apoi lasam compozitia 2-3 minute, cat timp incingem tigaia nonaderenta. O ungem cu putin ulei de cocos sau unt, apoi turnam din compozitie in ea. Clatitele trebuie sa fie mai micute, de aprox 10 cm diametru.

Cand incep sa apara bule pe suprafata clatitelor, le intoarcem usor cu o spatula lata si le mai lasam putin si pe partea cealalta. Repetam pana terminam aluatul si le servim cu ce dorim. Ilinca le-a papat cu afine si branzica de casa :) Pofta mare!

To make the kids eat more veggies and because they like beautiful colors, try these fluffy beetroot pancakes! :) Super delicious, fluffy, perfect to be served with whatever you like: Greek yogurt, fruit, maple syrup, whipped cream, sugar-free jam, mmm… And the quantities are super easy to double :)

Ingredients (10 pcs):

  • 100 g almond flour
  • 50 g cooked beetroot
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup* (optional)
  • 50ml sparkling water
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • coconut oil for greasing the pan
  • topping: fruit, cottage cheese etc

Blend all the ingredients, then let the mixture sit 2-3 min. Heat a nonstick pan and grease with coconut oil. Pour from the batter, enough to make a small 10 cm diameter pancake.

When bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancake and cook a little on the other side, too. Repeat until you finish the dough and serve warm. Ilinca had them with fruit and homemade cottage cheese :) Enjoy!
