Cui nu-i plac clatitele? Asa ma gandeam si eu :) Astazi facem clatite vegane, mult mai sanatoase decat cele clasice, si cam la fel de gustoase, daca nu chiar si mai si :)

Ingrediente (20 de buc):

  • 2 cani lapte de migdale 500ml
  • 1, 1/2 cana faina (de orez) 300g
  • 1 cana fulgi de ovaz 100g
  • 2 lg ulei de cocos
  • 1 lg zahar brun nerafinat
  • 1 lgt esenta de vanilie
  • 1 lgt praf de copt
  • fructe si sirop de artar pentru servit

Amestecam bine toate ingredientele in blender pana obtinem o compozitie de consistenta celei clasice, fluida dar si grosuta.

Turnam un plonic din compozitie intr-o tigaie non-aderenta unsa cu putin ulei.  Dupa ce apar bule pe suprafata clatitei, o intoarcem si pe partea cealalta si mai gatim 1 min maxim.

Ies aprox 17-20 de clatite din aceste cantitati, depinde foarte mult de cat de mari le faceti. Le servim cu fructe si sirop de artar (eu am turnat sirop de orez pentru ca asta am avut :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Who doesn’t like pancakes? I thought so :)
Today we’re making vegan pancakes, a lot healthier than the classic and pretty much as tasty :)

Ingredients (20 pcs):

  • 2 cups rice milk 500ml
  • 1, 1/2 cup rice flour 300g
  • 1 cup oatmeal 100g
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla natural essence
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • fruit and maple syrup for serving

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until you get a fluid but thick mixture, just like classic pancakes. Pour some of the batter into a nonstick pan, greased with a little oil. Cook until bubbly on the surface, then flip and cook for max 1 min more.

These quantities make about 17-20 pancakes, it depends a lot pf how big you make them. Serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup (I used rice syrup, that’s what I had :) Enjoy!
