Daca va place conopida incercati aceasta mancare usoara si aromata: conopida la cuptor cu masline si capere :) Buna si ca garnitura, si ca fel principal vegetarian daca adaugam alaturi putina paine proaspata facuta in casa :) Enjoy!
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 1 kg conopida
- 100g masline negre
- 2 lg ulei de masline
- 2 lg capere
- 1/2 legatura de patrunjel
- sare, piper
Spalam si taiem conopida buchetele pe care le intindem pe o tava in care am pus hartie de copt. O introducem la cuptor cam 30 de minute, pana buchetelele incepe sa se bronzeze putin pe margini :)
Le amestecam cu masline, capere, patrunjel tocat marunt, asezonam cu sare si piper dupa preferinte, ulei de masline si savuram totul imediat. Pofta mare!

If you’re a cauliflower fan, you have to try this light and flavored dish: roasted cauliflower with olives and capers :) It’s great as a side dish or vegetarian main course, if you add some fresh homemade bread :) Enjoy!
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 1 kg cauliflower
- 100 g black olives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- salt, pepper
Wash the cauliflower and cut it into florets, place them on a tray that you lined with some baking paper. Bake in the oven for about 30 min, until golden brown on the edges :) Mix the cauliflower florets withe olives, capers, chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper according to your taste, drizzle some olive oil and serve right away :)
