Daca tot parca a venit primavara deja, eu zic sa punem de-o inghetata, nu? :))) Pentru ca atunci and am luat aparatul de facut saratele (multumesc Natalia ca m-ai convins il cumpar! :) stiam ca vreau sa sa fac si conuri de inghetata la el, si am gasit o reteta geniala de conuri de inghetata keto! Absolut delicioase, crocante, dulci si fine, umplute cu 1-2 cupe de ingheata facuta in casa, aveti un super desert sanatos fara zahar, despre care oricine poate jura ca e cumparat :)
Ingrediente (8 buc):
- 1 ou (50g)
- 40g faina de migdale
- 30g eritritol pudra (rasnit)
- 1/2 lgt esenta de vanilie
- 20g ulei de cocos / unt topit
- 30g lapte de migdale
- 1/4 lgt guma xanthan (gasiti aici)
Cantariti toate ingredientele in grame, asa e reteta originala si asa am masurat si eu. Punem intr-un bol toate ingredientele si le mixam bine cu un tel. Compozitia obtinuta e fluida, putin mai groasa ca cea de clatite.
In aparatul de aparatul de facut saratele/conuri de inghetata preincalzit punem doar cate 1 lingura din compozitie, il inchidem si il lasam sa isi faca treaba timp de aprox 2 min, sau pana vafa obtinuta e rumena.
O luam usor cu o spatula, cu grija ca e fierbinte si putin fragila, si o rulam pe conul aparatului, ca in imagini. Dupa ce se va raci, se va intari si o putem inlatura de pe con. Din aceste cantitati ies 8 conuri delicioase. Pofta mare la inghetata keto! :)

Now that it’s so warm outside it almost feels like spring is here, so I say we have some ice cream, right? :)) When I got the thin waffle maker I knew I had to make ice cream cones with it and I found the perfect recipe for keto ice cream cones! Sooooooo tasty, crispy, sweet and if you fill them with 1-2 scoops of keto ice cream you have the most perfect homemade healthy, sugar free treat that you could swear is store bought! :)
Ingredients (8 pcs):
- 1 egg (50 g)
- 40 g almond flour
- 30 g powdered erithritol (finely ground)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 20 g melted coconut oil / butter
- 30 g almond milk
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
First weigh all the ingredients in grams, this is the original recipe and this is how I measured them. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth, the mixture should be fluid, slightly thicker than crepe dough.
In the preheated cone maker, place 1 tablespoon of the dough in the center, close the lid and let it cook for about 2 min or until the waffle is nice and golden brown.
Gently remove it with a spatula, it’s hot and fragile, and lay it on the cone from the device. After it cools, it will harden and we can take it out from the cone. These quantities make 8 cones. Enjoy you keto ice cream! :)
