Mare iubire mare lately intre mine si mixul de faina Szafi, :)) Acest mix magic face aluaturile keto sa iasa absolut MI.NU.NA.TE. Asa ca am achizitionat o mica ustensila pentru decupat covrigei (de aici), cum imi facea bunica mea, cand eram mica, mai stiti acei covrigei mici draguti si fragezi? :) Si am trecut la treaba: covrigei keto cu branza si chimen. Sunt fragezi, crocanti si au super mult gust de branza, o rontaiala perfecta! :) (42 mini covrigei a cate 0g net carbs si 38 cal)

Ingrediente (42 buc):

  • 100g faina Szafi (gasiti aici)
  • 175g telemea
  • 75g unt
  • 3 oua
  • 150g iaurt grecesc (sau smantana)
  • 1 lg seminte de chimen
  • 1 lgt sare
  • galbenus si chimen pt topping

Taiem untul cubulete si il punem intr-un bol, adaugam ouale, branza faramitata cu furculita, semintele de chimen, iaurtul sau smantana, sarea. Amestecam bine tot cu degetele (eu folosesc aceasta ustensila pentru aluat) adaugam apoi si faina, framantam pana obtinem o bila de aluat.

Transferam aluatul pe o suprafata acoperita cu folie alimentara si pudrata cu putina faina Szafi si il intindem intr-o foaie grosuta, ca de saratele. Decupam formele de covrigei cu ustensila aceasta, dar fireste puteti folosi orice forme de decupat aveti sau chiar si un pahar :)

Transferam covrigeii pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, ii ungem cu galbenus si presaram seminte de chimen deasupra, apoi ii coacem la 170C timp de aprox 25 de min, cu ventilatia pornita in ultimele 10-15 min, pana se rumenesc suficient de frumos :) Ies 2 tavi din aceste cantitati. Sunt geniali, pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

I am so crazy in love with this keto flour mix from Szafi, it makes magic keto doughs :)) And because I got this mini tool to make small pretzels I came up with this amazing recipe: Keto cheese caraway mini pretzels. They are tender crisp and with lots of cheese, a perfect snack! (42 mini pretzels of 0g net carbs and 38 cal each)

Ingredients( 42 pcs):

  • 100 g Szafi flour mix
  • 175 g cheese
  • 75 g butter
  • 3 oua
  • 150g Greek yogurt/ sour cream
  • 1 tbsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • egg yolk and caraway seeds for the topping

Cut the butter into cubes and put it in a bowl, ad the eggs, yogurt, caraway seeds, salt. Mix everything well (I use a dough kneader tool), then add the flour and knead into a ball of dough.

Transfer the dough on a surface dusted with Szafi flour and rol into a pretty thick sheet. Cut out the desired shapes, then transfer them to a tray lined with baking paper.

Grease them with egg yolk, sprinkle more caraway seeds on top and bake them at 170C for about 25 min, with the ventilation on in the last 10-15 min, until they are lovely golden. Enjoy them, they are super!
