Am pentru voi o reteta ge-ni-a-la de crackers! Super gustosi si crocanti, fara gluten, vegani, keto, low carb si foarte sanatosi, au in compozitie seminte de susan, de floarea soarelui, in si chimen, prin urmare, vitaminele D si B1, magneziu, calciu, fibre si multe altele :) Crackers cu susan si chimen.

Ingrediente:

  • 150g seminte de susan
  • 165g seminte de floarea soarelui
  • 1/2 lg seminte de chimen
  • 2 lg seminte de in
  • 40ml apa
  • 1 lgt sare
  • 1/2 lgt oregano uscat
  • 1 praf de piper

Rasnim semintele de susan, floarea soarelui, chimen si in pana devin faina, adaugam apoi apa, sare, oregano, piper si amestecam bine compozitia. Intindem aluatul obtinut intre 2 hartii de copt, il rulam cu sucitorul, indepartam foaia de deasupra si trasam ferm cu un cutit liniile dupa cum dorim sa taiem crackersi.

Transferam foaia cu aluatul pe o tava intinsa si o coacem la 170C timp de aprox 15-17 de min. Lasam crackersii sa se raceasca, apoi ii desprindem si… rontaiala placuta! :)

ENGLISH VERSION 

I’ve got the most brilliant crackers recipe for you! Super tasty and crunchy, gluten-free, vegan and super healthy, made of sesame, sunflower, flax seeds and caraway, therefore are packed with vitamins D, B1, magnesium, calcium, fiber and so much more :) Caraway sesame crackers.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g sesame seeds
  • 165 g sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp caraway seeds
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 40 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Grind the sesame, sunflower, flax and caraway seeds into flour, then add the water, salt, oregano, pepper and mix everything well. Spread the obtained dough between 2 sheets of baking paper and roll with a rolling pin. Remove the upper sheet and score into desired shapes with a knife.

Transfer the sheet on a baking tray and bake for 15-17 min at 170 C in the preheated oven. Let them cool completely, then break out into crackers along the scored lines and… dig in! :)
