Aveam o punguta de rosii uscate in frigider si am pregatit un super aperitiv de vara, din putine ingrediente, dar de efect :) Crema de branza cu rosii uscate. E minunata intinsa pe paine prajita, crackers, grisine etc, eti inteles voi ideea, la micul dejun sau aperitiv la petreceri :) YU-MMY!

Ingrediente:

  • 150g crema de branza
  • 200g smantana
  • 60g rosii uscate
  • 1 ceapa verde
  • sare, piper dupa gust

Turnam peste rosiile uscate apa fierbitne cat sa le acopere si le lasam putin sa se rehidrateze. Daca folositi rosii uscate in ulei, omiteti pasul si doar le scurgeti bine.

Tocam grosier rosiile scurse si ceapa apoi mixam totul in robotul de bucatarie pana obtinem o consistenta cremoasa si o culoare roz pal :)

Le servim cu saratele, crackers, grisine, legume, orice doriti, eu le-am savurat pe niste chifle pufoase keto :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

I had some sun dried tomatoes in the fridge so I came up with this super tasty summer dip: Cream cheese dried tomato dip. It’s great on toast, crackers, biscuits etc, you get the idea, for breakfast or as appetizer for parties :) YU-MMY!

Ingredients:

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 60 g dried tomatoes
  • 1 spring onion
  • salt, pepper to taste

Pour some hot water over the dried tomatoes and let them re hydrate. If you use sun dried tomatoes in oil just skip this step and drain them well.

Roughly chop the drained tomatoes and spring onion, then process everything in the food processor until smooth, creamy and light pink :) Serve right away with whatever you like: crackers, savory biscuits, toast, fresh veggies, I spread mine on some fluffy keto buns :) Enjoy!
