Si ce poate fi mai bun, in timp ce stai la caldura si privesti pe geam cum ninge, ca o felie de paine proaspata cu crema de ciocolata. Bun, painea de casa se face foarte usor, dar cu ciocolata cum ramane?…
Ei bine, aici intervin eu cu aceasta reteta grozava, dulce, cremoasa, cu aroma intensa de ciocolata.si alune de padure, mmmmm… Si e si de post.

Ingrediente
- 2 banane
- 1 avocado copt
- 100g alune de padure rasnite
- 4 lg crema de cocos
- 3 lg cacao raw
- 2 lg carob
- 2-3 lg sirop de artar (sau alt indulcitor natural, dupa gust)
- 2 lg ulei de cocos
- 10 curmale fara samburi
- 1/2 lgt esenta de vanilie (facuta de mine :) reteta aici)
Piece of cake: introducem toate ingredientele in robotul de bucatarie si mixam bine de tot pana obtinem o consistenta fina. Daca nu aveti un robot prea puternic, nu puneti curmale si adaugati mai multe alune. Se pastreaza la frigider intr-un borcan de sticla etans cat rezista… Daca rezista :))) Pofta mare!

As you can all see, winter is officially here :) And what can be better than watching snow fall and having a slice of fresh bread with chocolate spread? Ok, bread is easy to make at home, but what about the chocolate?…
Well, that’s were I come in with this great, sweet, creamy, intense chocolatey and nutty recipe… And it’s vegan. You’ll love it ;)
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 ripe avocado
- 100 g ground hazelnuts
- 4 tbsp coconut cream
- 3 tbsp raw cocoa
- 2 tbsp carob
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (or other natural sweetener, to taste)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 10 chopped pitted dates
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence (homemade, recipe here :)
Piece of cake: put all the ingredients in the food processor and process until smooth and creamy. If you don’t have a powerful food processor, don’t put the dates and add more ground hazelnuts. Store the spread in the fridge in an air tight jar while it lasts…if it lasts :))) Enjoy!
