Curry de Tofu la multicooker. Astazi avem in meniu o mancare exotica de post super gustoasa si hranitoare, pe mine m-a uluit cat de buna este. Si facuta suuuuuper RAPID la multicookerul meu , iar cu cu aceasta ocazie va arat si metodaPot in Pot” pentru multicooker, prin care gatim garnitura intr-un vas deasupra mancarii principale :) Absolut geniala si mindblowing! :)) In plus, am pentru voi o extra reducere de 100 de lei cu codul MADELINE100 pana pe 6 iulie :)

Ingrediente (4 portii):

  • 400g Tofu
  • 2 lg ulei de masline
  • 1 ceapa
  • 3 catei de usturoi
  • 1 ardei capia
  • 50g nuci caju
  • 400ml lapte de cocos (1 conserva)
  • 2 lg unt de arahide
  • 1 lg sos Sriracha
  • 1 lg sos de soia
  • 1 lg miere
  • 1/2 lgt sare
  • 1/2 lgt pudra de curry

  • Orez:
  • 250ml apa
  • 150g orez
  • 1 lg ulei
  • 1/2 lgt sare

Pornim aparatul pe Brown/Saute si calim in uleiul de masline usturoiul si ceapa tocate marunt. Adaugam si ardeiul capia tocat. Separat amestecam laptele de cocos cu: untul de arahide, sosul de soia, sosul Sriracha, mierea, pudra de curry.

Adaugam cubuletele de branza Tofu peste ceapa si usturoi, si turnam amestecul de lapte de cocos. Adaugam sare, nucile caju, amestecam, apoi asezam grilajul multicookerului, pe care punem un vas termorezistent. In acel vas punem orez, apa, ulei si sare, amestecam bine. Aceasta este metoda „Pot in Pot” :) Eu am folosit si accesoriul de silicon pentru fiert la aburi, pentru a scoate usor ulterior vasul cu orez :)

Punem capacul multicookerului, il rotim spre pozitia Inchis, rotim valva de presiune spre pozitia Inchis si alegem programul Manual, 10 minute, High Pressure. Dupa expirarea timpului, mai lasam 5 minute aparatul, apoi rotim valva de presiune spre pozitia Deschis, iar dupa ce nu mai elibereaza abur aka „fasaie” :)), deschidem capacul cu grija.

Pufosim orezul cu furculita si servim curryul de Tofu cald, cu orezul alaturi; Doamne, e perfect gatit, pufos si yummy :) E foarte bun cu ceapa verde si patrunjel tocate deasupra. Pofta mare! Curry de Tofu la multicooker

ENGLISH VERSION

Today we have a super yummy vegan meal that is so easy to make, I was amazed by the taste :) And I made it so fast at my pressure cooker, using the „Pot in Pot” method, genius and absolutely mind-blowing! :))

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 400 g Tofu
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 red pepper
  • 50 g cashews
  • 400 ml coconut milk (1 can)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp curry spice mix

  • Rice:
  • 250 ml water
  • 150 g rice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Set the pressure cooker on Brown/Saute and saute in the olive oil the diced onion and garlic. dd the chopped pepper, too. Separately mix the coconut milk with the: peanut butter, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, honey and curry spice mix.

Add Tofu cubes over the onion garlic mix and pour the coconut milk sauce. Add salt, cashews, place the cooker rack on top. Use a heat resistant bowl and put the rice, water, oil and salt in it, then place the bowl on the rack. This is the „Pot in Pot” method :) I used also the silicon steaming tool, to take out the rice bowl easily :)

Put the lid on, rotate to Closed position, rotate the pressure valve to Closed, too, then choose Manual, 10 minutes, High Pressure. When the time’s up, let it sit 5 more minutes, then release the pressure valve. Once it stops hissing, open the lid carefully. Fluff up the rice with a fork and serve the curry with rice and chopped spring onion and parsley. Enjoy!
