Un desert tomnatic aromat care va va incalzi si indulci sufletele :) Dovleac copt cu fructe uscate, nuci si scortisoara din belsug. Am adaugat si niste seminte de canepa pentru un plus de nutrienti si un contrast cromatic de efect :) O nebunie!

Ingrediente (4 portii):

  • 1 dovleac placintar mediu
  • 150g nuci romanesti
  • 150g merisoare deshidratate
  • 50g seminte de canepa
  • 3-4 lg miere (sau indulcitorul natural preferat, dupa gust)
  • 1 lgt scortisoara

Spalam bine dovleacul, il taiem si-l curatam de seminte. Punem bucatile de dovleac pe o tava intinsa tapetata cu hartie de copt si le coacem cam 40 de min la foc mediu, pana miezul se inmoaie si devine suculent. 

Transferam pe un platou bucatile fierbinti de dovleac si le umplem cavitatile cu nuci, merisoare si seminte de canepa. La finam picuram miere, pudram cu scortisoara si servim totul imediat. O bunatate! :)

ENGLISH VERSION

An autumn dessert that will warm up and sweeten your souls :) Dried fruit and nut roasted butternut squash with plenty of cinnamon. I added some hemp seeds for extra nutrients and a nice color :) Yummy!

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 medium butternut squash
  • 150 g walnuts
  • 150 g dried cranberries
  • 50 g hemp seeds
  • 3-4 tbsp honey (or favorite natural sweetener to taste)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Wash the butternut squash cut it and remove the seeds. Place the pieces on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 40 min, until tender and juicy.

Transfer the hot pumpkin pieces on a platter and fill the cavities with walnuts, cranberries and hemp seeds. In the ed drizzle with honey and sprinkle a good pinch of cinnamon and serve right away :) Enjoy!
