O reteta minunata cu aroma de toamna-iarna: dovleac la cuptor cu mere si gutui, scortisoara si stafide insiropate in zeama de citrice. Uneori, lucrurile simple sunt cele mai de efect. Iar bucataria noastra micuta miroase divinnn… :) Un desert super sanatos care este excelent servit cald, cu frisca sau inghetata :)

Ingrediente (3-4 portii):

  • 300g dovleac
  • 1 gutuie mare
  • 1 mar rosu
  • 3 mandarine
  • 1 lgt scortisoara
  • 50g stafide brune
  • 2-3 lg zahar de cocos*

Taiem cubulete mici dovleacul, feliem gutuia si marul si le asezam frumos intr-o tava rotunda de tarta. Decojim o mandarina si o adaugam si pe ea, feliute in tava, iar pe celelalte 2 le stoarcem de suc.

Turnam sucul peste fructe, adaugam stafidele, scortisoara si zaharul de cocos deasupra. Acesta din urma se va carameliza frumos :) Coacem totul aprox 20-30 de min la 180C (in functie de dimensiunea bucatilor), pana fructele sunt putin moi si rumenite. Pofta mare!

*Baby friendly: omiteti zaharul si folositi, optional, putin sirop de artar sau miere, avand in vedere faptul ca mierea se ofera copiilor numai dupa varsta de 1 an, cu masura.

ENGLISH VERSION 

A wonderful fall-winter recipe: roasted pumpkin, apple and quince, cinnamon and citrus soaked raisins. Sometimes, it’s the simple things that are the best. And our tiny kitchen smells divine… :) A super healthy dessert, excellent served warm with whipped cream or ice cream :)

Ingredients (3-4 servings):

  • 300 g pumpkin
  • 1 large quince
  • 1 red apple
  • 3 tangerines
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 50 g brown raisins
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut sugar

Cut the pumpkin into small cubes, slice the apple and quince and place on a round tart pan. Peel one tangerine and place its slices among the other fruit as well and juice the other 2.

Pour the juice in the pan, add the raisins, cinnamon and coconut sugar. It will caramelize nicely :) Bake everything at 180 C for about 20-30 min (depending on the size of the chunks), until the fruits are tender and slightly brownish. Enjoy!
