O bautura racoroasa care seamana enorm cu „fratele” ei de la Starbucks :)) Frappuccino de casa. Aveti nevoie doar de blender, si e tare placut sa savrati undeva la soare o varianta mai sanatoasa a celei clasice din cafenele :) Ce ziceti, incercati si voi? :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 100ml espresso tare, racit
  • 250ml lapte de migdale (sau de care preferati)
  • 1 cana de cuburi de gheata
  • 30g ciocolata fara zahar
  • 2 lg unt de migdale (sau arahide)
  • 2 lgt indulcitor Green Sugar
  • 1 lgt cacao
  • 1/2 lgt extract de vanilie
  • frisca (de cocos) si ciocolata rasa pt servit

Punem in vasul blenderului: cuburile de gheata, cafeaua espresso racita, laptele, pudra de cacao, ciocolata, indulcitorul, untul de migdale sau de arahide si vanilia.

Mixam biiiine de tot pana compozitia e omogena si ciocolata complet maruntita. Turnam in pahare si decoram cu frisca (puteti incerca si frisca mea de cocos, reteta aici), ciocolata rasa sau pudra de cacao. Enjoy your Frappuccino! :)

ENGLISH VERSION

A delicious cooling drink that is SO much like her Starbucks original :)) Homemade copycat Frappuccino. All you need is a blender and it’s so nice to enjoy this drink that is much healthier than the one on coffee shops. Will you give it a try? :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 100 ml strong espresso, chilled
  • 250 ml almond (or your fav) milk
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 30g sugar free chocolate
  • 2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • 2 tsp erythritol
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • whipped cream (coconut) and grated chocolate for servings

Put the ingredients in the blender: ice cubes, chilled espresso, milk, cocoa powder, chocolate, sweetener, almond butter and vanilla.

Blend super well everything until the mixture is smooth and the chocolate has dissolved. Pour in cups and decorate with whipping cream (you can try my coconut whipped cream, recipe here), shaved chocolate or cocoa powder. Enjoy your Frappuccino! :)
