Ce daca aproape a venit iarna, cu o tigaie grill buna si o hota in dotare ne putem bucura de niste delicioase preparate la gratar oricand. Ca aceste frigarui cu legume si halloumi :) Gustoase si aromate, sunt o idee buna de pranz in weekend :)
Ingrediente (8 buc):
- 200g halloumi
- 1 dovlecel
- 2 cepe rosii
- 150g rosii cherry
- 2 ardei capia
- 2 lg ulei de masline
- 1 lgt oregano uscat
- sare si piper
Taiem cubulete branza halloumi, tocam legumele bucati potrivite si asamblam frigaruile. Le stropim cu putin ulei de masline, le asezonam cu oregano, sare si piper si le punem pe gratarul bine incins.
Dupa aprox 5 minute pe fiecare parte, sau cand sunt suficient de rumenite, le punem pe un platou si le savuram, bineinteles, calde :) Pofta mare!

So what if it’s almost winter outside, with a good grill pan you can enjoy a great grill anytime. Like these vegetable halloumi skewers :) Tasty and filling, they’re great for a weekend lunch :)
Ingredients (8 pcs):
- 200 g halloumi cheese
- 1 courgette
- 2 red onions
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 red peppers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper
Cut the halloumi into cubes, chop the veggies and assemble the skewers. Drizzle some olive oil over them, season with oregano, salt and pepper and cook for approx 5 min on each side on the well heated grill. Arrange them on a platter and serve hot, of course :) Dig in!
