Desertul acesta imi aminteste de ciocolata de casa facuta de bunica mea de la Onesti :) Cat de mult imi placea cand eram mica, era atat de dulce si aromata, cu nuci crocante in compozitie… Acum o savurez intr-o varianta la fel de gustoasa, dar si cu multi nutrienti: fudge raw cu ciocolata si alune de padure :)
Ingrediente:
- 150g unt de migdale (cumparat de aici sau facut in casa dupa reteta aceasta)
- 100g ulei de cocos
- 30g cacao (sau carob)
- 100g sirop de artar (sau indulcitorul* preferat, dupa gust)
- 100g alune de padure crude
- 1 praf de sare
Amestecam bine cu un tel untul de migdale, uleiul de cocos si indulcitorul. Adaugam treptat si pudra de cacao amestecata cu un praf de sare, apoi incorporam si alunele de padure.
Cand compozitia s-a omogenizat perfect, o punem intr-o casoleta tapetata cu folie de plastic si o nivelam frumos cu o spatula sau lingura. Introducem fudge-ul in congelator sa se intareasca putin, apoi il taiem patratele sau dreptunghiuri. Sa avem pofta la fudge raw cu ciocolata! :)

This dessert remind me of the homemade chocolate my grandma used to make for me :) I totally loved it as a child, it was so sweet and creamy, with crunchy nuts in the middle… Now I can enjoy it in a delicious version packed with nutrients: raw chocolate hazelnut fudge :)
Ingredients:
- 150 g almond butter (made after this recipe)
- 100 g coconut oil
- 30 g cocoa (or carob)
- 100 g maple syrup (or favorite sweetener*, to taste)
- 100 g raw hazelnuts
- 1 pinch of salt
Whisk the almond butter, coconut oil and sweetener. Gradually sift in the cocoa powder mixed with a pinch of salt. In the end fold in the hazelnuts and press the mixture in a square pan lined with clingfilm.
Level with a spatula and place in the freezer to set until it hardens enough. Cut into squares or rectangular slices and enjoy! :)
*Keto/low-carb: use eritritol or other appropriate sweetener.
