Incepem anul cu o reteta delicioasa de fursecuri cu multa ciocolata si mult zahar :) Si stiti de ce? Pentru ca mi-ar placea ca toata lumea sa aiba din nou o relatie sanatoasa cu mancarea, nu de dragoste-ura-frica, pentru ca cercetatorii britanici au descoperit ca basically orice punem in farfurie ne omoara :) Sa incepem sa mancam cu MODERATIE, sa uitam de extremele „totul sau nimic” kale/avocado vs junk-food, de multe ori otrava e in doza. Deci da, aceste fursecuri au multa ciocolata si zahar, dar pe cuvantul meu ca de la 2 fursecuri nu veti pati nimic :) La multi ani!
Ingrediente (20 de buc):
- 400g faina
- 200g unt
- 250g zahar brun nerafinat
- 2 oua
- 1 lgt extract de vanilie
- 1 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu
- 200g ciocolata (cu lapte+amaruie)
Mixam untul la temperatura camerei cu zaharul brun, adaugam apoi ouale si vanilia. Adaugam si faina amestecata cu bicarbonatul de sodiu si omogenizam bine. Incorporam si ciocolata tocata.
Folosind o lingura de inghetata asezam guguloaie de compozitie in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt la distanta mare intre ele. Folositi 2 tavi mari cu cate 10 fursecuri asezate cat mai departe unele de altele :)
Le coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180C timp de 14 min, pana se rumenesc putin pe margini si sunt ferme la atingere. Le lasam sa se raceasca in tava, apoi le servim. Pofta mare!

Let’s start the year with a sugary chocolaty recipe :) And you wanna know why? Because I wish people started to have a healthy relationship with food again, not love-hate-fear because the British researchers discovered basically everything on our plate kills us :) Let’s start eating everything in MODERATION, forget about the „all or nothing” extremes kale/avocado vs junk-food, there has to be a way somewhere in the middle. So yes, these cookies are full of sugar and chocolate, but I bet 2 pieces won’t hurt you :) Happy new year!
Ingredients (20 pcs):
- 400 g plain flour
- 200 g butter
- 250 g brown unrefined sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 200 g chocolate (milk + dark)
Whisk the butter and sugar until smooth, then add the eggs and vanilla. Add the flour, baking soda and mix until you get a sticky dough. Fold in the chopped chocolate.
Using an ice cream scoop spoon the dough onto a tray lined with baking paper, with quite a distance between the dough balls.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for about 14 min, until firm to the touch and slightly brown on the edges. let them cool in the tray, then serve. Dig in! :)
