Sa biscuimmm! :) Vremea ploioasa si brusc rece de afara mi-a facut pofta sa aprind cuptorul pentru ceva bun. Asa ca am facut niste fursecuri cu faina de cocos si ciocolata, fara gluten, fara zahar alb, fara lactoza, dar nu si fara gust, cum ar zice carcotasii :)) Ci absolut delicioase, fragede de se topesc in gura si cu multe bucatele de ciocolata.

Ingrediente (9 buc):

Batem ouale cu o furculita, apoi adaugam siropul de artar (sau mierea) si uleiul de cocos (care trebuie sa fie moale, la temperatura camerei). In acest amestec lichid incorporam faina de cocos amestecata cu un praf de sare si praful de copt.

La final adaugam si picaturile de ciocolata si modelam 9 fursecuri pe care le asezam pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Le coacem 13-15 min in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C, apoi le scoatem lasandu-le sa se raceasca in tava.

ENGLISH VERSION 

Let’s bake some cookiezzz! :) The sudden rainy cold weather got me in the mood for baking a treat. So I made these chocolate chip cookies that are also: gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free and not taste-free, as you might think! :)) They’re super delicious! ! :)

Ingredients (9 pcs):

  • 50g coconut flour
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 75g maple syrup/honey
  • 50g coconut oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 50g sugar-free chocolate chips

Beat the eggs with a fork, then add the maple syrup and coconut oil. In this wet mixture fold in the coconut flour mixed with a pinch of salt and baking powder. In the end add in the chocolate chips and mold 9 cookies.

Arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 13-15 min in the preheated oven at 170 C, leaving them cool in the tray at the end, after taking them out of the oven. Enjoy!
