Ilinca e mare fan biscuiti, asa ca tot inventez retete noi, sa nu se plictiseasca a mea printesa :)) Astazi am facut niste fursecuri cu fulgi de ovaz suuuuuper bune, fragede si gustoase. Ne-au placut enorm si noua, nu strica niciodata niste fursecuri fara zahar alb, cu multe fibre in compozitie . Si se fac super usor si repede! :)

Ingrediente (12 buc):

  • 125g fulgi de ovaz
  • 100g faina (alba sau integrala)
  • 1/2 lgt scortisoara
  • 1/2 lgt praf de copt
  • 1 ou
  • 75g unt la temperatura camerei
  • 100g miere
  • 1 lgt extract de vanilie
  • 50g fructe uscate* (stafide, merisoare)

Amestecam intr-un bol ingredientele uscate: faina, fulgii de ovaz, scortisoara si praful de copt. Separat, batem cu mixerul untul la temperatura camerei, mierea, oul si vanilia. Combinam cele 2 amestecuri si incorporam la final fructele uscate.

Folosind o lingura de inghetata formam 12 fursecuri pe care le asezam pe tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, le aplatizam usor si le coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 170 C timp de aprox 12-13 min. Le lasam sa se raceasca in tava, apoi le savuram!

*Baby-friendly: mierea se ofera copiilor numai dupa varsta de 1 an, cu masura. Pentru adulti puteti adauga ce doriti in compozitie in loc de fructe uscate: bucati de ciocolata amaruie, ghimbir confiat tocat, nuci, alune etc.

Ilinca adores cookies, so I always try new recipes, I don’t want my princess getting bored :) Today I made the best oatmeal cookies, super tasty, tender and yummy. We all loved them, healthy sugar-free and full of fiber cookies are always welcome in our home :) And they are super simple and quickly made! :)

Ingredients (12 pcs):

  • 125 g oatmeal
  • 100 g flour (whole grain or plain white)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 75 g butter, at room temperature
  • 100 g honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g dried fruits* (raisins, cranberries etc)

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: oatmeal, flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Separately whisk the egg with butter, honey and vanilla. Combine the 2 mixtures and fold in the dried fruits.

Using an ice cream spoon, scoop 12 balls on a tray lined with baking paper. Flatten them gently, then bake them in the preheated oven at 170 C for 12-13 min. Let them cool on the tray, then dig in!

*You can use whatever add-ins you like: chopped dark chocolate, hazelnuts, walnuts, candied ginger etc.
